Koskun Keep taxes every attacking creature your opponents control — effectively a repeatable Ghostly Prison stapled to a land — at the cost of tapping a creature you control each upkeep to keep it active. Commander is where Koskun Keep actually sees play, and for good reason: multiplayer tables mean three opponents swinging at your face, and a tax that scales per attacker compounds fast. Legacy and Vintage are the only other formats where it's legal, but neither has interest in a slow enchantment that requires upkeep maintenance when cheaper, unconditional stax pieces exist. Koskun Keep is a Commander-only card in practice — it rewards the defensive, creature-dense black strategies common in that format and goes unplayed everywhere else.
