Kinsbaile Skirmisher enters the battlefield and hands any target creature +1/+1 — a permanent buff stapled to a 2/2 body for two mana. It's a Kithkin that does exactly what it says and nothing more, which is enough in a dedicated tribal shell and nowhere else.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t

| pauper | legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Kinsbaile Skirmisher sees essentially zero play outside of Kithkin tribal Commander builds, where the enters-the-battlefield trigger can be looped with blink or bounce effects to stack counters. In Pauper it's legal but outclassed by more efficient two-drops in any white aggro shell. Legacy, Modern, and Pioneer have no competitive homes for it — the rate simply doesn't clear the bar those formats demand. Commander is the only context where the tribal tag and repeatable ETB make Kinsbaile Skirmisher worth a slot.

Price Context
Current price
$0.15 bulk tier
At $0.15, Kinsbaile Skirmisher is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard, not demand. That price is stable because there's no competitive pressure pushing it up and no reprint risk pushing it down.
