Kill-Zone Acrobat trades a two-mana 2/3 body for the ability to redirect any spell or ability targeting one of your creatures to itself — a one-time Spellskite stapled to a creature. The cost is that it's a one-shot effect on a fragile body, so you're paying two mana for a speed bump, not a wall.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | legal |
| pioneer | legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Kill-Zone Acrobat is legal across every competitive format but earns its keep almost nowhere. In Commander, it occupies the awkward space between a real protection piece and a combat trick — you'd rather have Swiftfoot Boots or Sylvan Safekeeper keeping your key pieces alive game after game. Pauper is the most plausible home, where cheap bodies with relevant text matter and the format is slower enough that a one-time redirect can swing a game. In Modern or Legacy, the effect is too narrow and the body too small to justify a slot when counterspells and instant-speed removal make the redirect unreliable.

Price Context
Current price
$0.04 bulk tier
At $0.04, Kill-Zone Acrobat is deep bulk — you're paying almost nothing for it. That price is a ceiling, not a floor; there's no pressure driving it up, and it'll stay in bulk bins indefinitely.
