Kathari Bomber

In Commander, Kathari Bomber finds a home in sacrifice-matters and token-doubler shells where the two enter-the-battlefield Goblin tokens and the built-in unearth recursion chain together for repeated value — commanders like Prossh, Skyraider of Kher or Korvold, Famine-Cursed King squeeze the most from every death trigger it generates. Pauper is arguably its best competitive home, where five-mana creatures need to clear a higher bar, but token generation plus free recursion can fuel specific combo or aristocrats lists. In Legacy and Vintage, Kathari Bomber is simply too slow and too low-impact to see play. Modern has moved well past the power level where a five-mana creature generating two 1/1s is competitive, even with unearthing upside.
