Kaima, the Fractured Calm is a Commander card through and through — the payoff of repeated draw-and-drain triggers only compounds over a long multiplayer game where you can spread Auras across multiple opponents' creatures. In Legacy and Vintage it's technically legal but has no competitive home; a 2/2 for three mana that requires a full support structure built around it isn't touching those formats. Oathbreaker could theoretically house a curses-and-control shell, but the 20-life starting total compresses the game too much for Kaima's engine to get rolling.
