Kaalia, Zenith Seeker enters and immediately digs five cards deep to find one Angel, Demon, or Dragon — raw card advantage stapled to a 3/3 flying vigilance body for three mana. She doesn't cheat anything into play the way Kaalia of the Vast does, but she fills your hand with the threats that Kaalia of the Vast wants to slam, making the two a natural pair.

Commander is where Kaalia, Zenith Seeker does real work — in 100-card singleton, consistent access to your best threats is rare, and a three-mana tutor that replaces itself with a flying body is strong card economy. In competitive 60-card formats like Modern and Legacy, the effect is too slow and too narrow; tribal Angel/Demon/Dragon payoffs don't exist at a level that justifies a do-nothing-on-board three-drop. Pioneer is the same story. Oathbreaker is worth a mention as a signature spell angle if the planeswalker commander cares about the creature types, but outside Commander the card has no meaningful home.
