In Commander, Jund Panorama is a budget color-fixer for Jund (black-red-green) and any four- or five-color decks that need to hit all three of those basics — it's not exciting, but it costs $0.32 and does the job when you can't afford fetchlands. In Pauper, the Panorama cycle sees occasional play in three-color shells precisely because real fetchlands aren't available at common, making Jund Panorama one of the few legal options for that fixing role. Legacy and Vintage have access to the full fetchland suite, so Jund Panorama never appears there outside of strict budget builds.
