In Commander, Irini Sengir is a niche hate piece — narrow enough that she only earns a slot in metas where enchantress decks, Aura Voltron builds, or gods-heavy lists are common threats. Legacy and Vintage are technically legal, but a four-mana 2/3 with conditional taxation has never been close to competitive in those formats. She doesn't exist in Modern, Pioneer, Standard, or Pauper.
