Invert the Skies swaps the power and toughness of all creatures until end of turn — turning every defensive blocker into a fragile threat and every big-butted wall into a suddenly lethal attacker. Four mana at sorcery speed is the real cost, and outside of dedicated go-wide alpha-strike decks that math rarely pays off.

Invert the Skies is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees virtually no play outside of Commander. In Legacy and Vintage the effect is too slow and too situational to compete, and Modern offers far more efficient ways to push through combat damage. Commander is where Invert the Skies has its narrow home — specifically in token strategies or high-power-low-toughness creature decks that want to end the game in a single attack step by turning defensive boards inside out.

Price Context
Current price
$0.19 bulk tier
At $0.19, Invert the Skies is deep bulk — the kind of card that costs nothing to try and nothing to cut. Don't expect that price to move; the effect is too niche to generate meaningful demand.
