In Commander, Invasion of Belenon // Belenon War Anthem fits cleanly into white token and go-wide strategies — the Soldier token matters on the turn you play it, and the anthem on the back half scales with every creature you have, making it quietly dangerous in a populated board state. Competitive Commander tables move too fast for a three-mana battle that requires additional damage to flip, so this is squarely an 75% or below card. In Modern and Pioneer, white weenie and Soldier tribal lists could theoretically run it, but three mana for a conditional anthem that opponents can interact with before it flips is a tough sell against the efficient threats those formats demand. Legacy and Vintage have no interest — the cost and setup simply don't compete. Oathbreaker is the sweet spot outside Commander: a smaller table and a faster clock mean the battle flips more reliably, and the anthem hits harder when your spellslinger or token commander is already pressing an advantage.
