In Commander, Infiltrator il-Kor is a niche role-player — it earns a slot specifically in Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow decks where unblockable ninjutsu fodder is the explicit goal, and almost nowhere else. In Pauper, shadow creatures have a long competitive history and Infiltrator il-Kor shows up as a finisher in dedicated shadow aggro lists, where the 1/3 body and evasion let it close games opponents can't answer.
