Infiltrate makes one creature unblockable for a turn at the cost of a single blue mana — clean, immediate, and exactly what it says. It's a narrow combat trick that earns its slot only when your deck is built to capitalize on one guaranteed hit.

In Commander, Infiltrate is a one-shot unblockable effect on a single creature, which means it competes against auras and equipment that provide the same effect permanently — and loses that comparison in most builds. It finds a home in voltron or combat-damage commanders where one uncontested swing closes a game or triggers a must-have ability, but the card-disadvantage is real in a four-player format. In Pauper, the one-mana cost makes Infiltrate more relevant, especially in aggressive blue tempo shells where pushing through a single threat for one turn can close out a race. Legacy and Vintage have faster, more powerful things happening than a one-turn evasion spell, so it doesn't see meaningful play there.

$0.15 bulk tier
At $0.15, Infiltrate is pure bulk — you're not buying it for value, you're buying it because it does a specific thing for almost nothing. It will stay at this price floor indefinitely; there's no scarcity or spike potential in a card this narrow.
