Indentured Oaf is a 4/2 for two mana — above-rate body, real cost attached: it can't deal combat damage to your own opponents, only to creatures controlled by the player who "owns" the debt. That restriction makes it nearly unplayable in any context where you're trying to close out a game.

Indentured Oaf is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but legality isn't relevance.
