Impeccable Timing

In Commander, Impeccable Timing competes against unconditional removal like Swords to Plowshares and Path to Exile, and it loses that comparison badly — the combat restriction means it whiffs on the comboing creature your opponent just tutored up. In Pauper, the format's card pool is narrow enough that it sees fringe consideration, though even there Snuff Out and Destroy Evil offer better rates. Legacy and Vintage have enough raw power that Impeccable Timing never registers. Pioneer is where it's most borderline playable in a pinch, but the condition still limits it to reactive combat tricks rather than proactive threat answers.
