Goddric, Cloaked Reveler
Legendary Creature — Human Noble
Haste
Celebration — As long as two or more nonland permanents entered the battlefield under your control this turn, Goddric is a Dragon with base power and toughness 4/4, flying, and ": Dragons you control get +1/+0 until end of turn." (It loses all other creature types.)

Goddric, Cloaked Reveler turns any spell cast on someone else's turn into a 4/4 flying Dragon until end of turn — a punishing clock that materializes out of nowhere on an opponent's end step. Three mana for a 3/3 that routinely attacks as a 4/4 flier the same turn it enters is a strong rate, and the ceiling rises sharply in spell-dense or flash-heavy builds.

In Commander, Goddric, Cloaked Reveler belongs in any Izzet or Grixis shell that holds up interaction — every counterspell, cantrip, or removal spell on an opponent's turn becomes a free 4/4 flier. Outside Commander, it sees essentially no competitive play in Modern or Pioneer, where three mana for a conditional threat doesn't clear the bar against purpose-built aggro and control options. Legacy and Vintage have access to far more efficient threats and rarely want a 3/3 on turn two even with upside. Standard is its most viable non-EDH home, where flash spells and end-step activity are common enough to trigger it consistently in a tempo shell.

Price Context
Current price
$0.29 bulk tier
At $0.29, Goddric, Cloaked Reveler is deep bulk — easy to acquire and easy to cut without financial pain. Demand is narrow enough that the price is unlikely to move unless a spell-heavy Standard or Explorer archetype breaks out around it.
