Goblin Heelcutter

In Commander, Goblin Heelcutter is a role-player in dedicated Goblin tribal lists that need to push through the last points of damage — it's not a staple, but it earns its slot when the deck has the token density to take advantage of a single cleared blocker. In Pauper, where the Goblin aggro archetype is a real competitive deck, Goblin Heelcutter sees fringe consideration; the dash cost keeps it off the battlefield and away from sweepers, which matters in a format with Electrickery. Modern and Pioneer Goblin builds have faster, more impactful options, so Goblin Heelcutter doesn't make the cut in those formats. Legacy is too hostile an environment for a four-mana effect this narrow.
