Glimpse the Cosmos is a one-mana instant that digs three cards deep and rebinds itself to any Giant you control — that's Brainstorm-level efficiency when you can activate it repeatedly. Outside of Aegar, the Freezing Flame and Giant-tribal builds, it's a mediocre cantrip; inside them, it's one of the best card-selection engines the archetype has.

Ruhan of the Fomori
Ruhan of the Fomori is a Giant, which means Glimpse the Cosmos can rebind to it and return every upkeep — turning a straightforward voltron commander into a repeatable scry-and-draw engine at the cost of a single mana the first time you cast it.

Glimpse the Cosmos is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but outside of Commander it sees virtually no play — Giant tribal isn't a competitive archetype in any 60-card format, and a conditional Brainstorm that requires a specific creature type can't compete with the real thing or modern card-selection benchmarks. In Commander, it's a niche role-player that earns its slot only in Giant-heavy builds, where the rebind trigger turns it from a one-shot cantrip into recurring card selection. Anywhere else, leave it in the binder.
