Glimpse of Freedom lets you scry 2 and draw a card for free — as long as you have the most cards in hand. The catch is real, but in a dedicated draw-matters or wheel shell where you're constantly refueling, the condition is easier to meet than it looks.

Commander is where Glimpse of Freedom has the most plausible home: four opponents means more chaos around hand sizes, and decks built around Necropotence, wheel effects, or Reliquary Tower regularly maintain a hand-size lead that makes the condition trivially live. In constructed formats like Modern and Pioneer it's too conditional to compete with unconditional cantrips — no competitive deck wants to build around maintaining hand-size parity just to draw a card. Legacy and Vintage have access to so many free and broken draw spells that Glimpse of Freedom doesn't register. Stick to Commander, and only in decks that are already engineering large hand sizes.
