Geist of the Moors is a 3/1 flying lifelink for two white mana — aggressive stats on a body that replaces itself in combat value through lifelink. It's a fine rate for aggressive white decks but offers nothing beyond its numbers.

Geist of the Moors is bulk-rare filler in Commander — three power with evasion and lifelink is fine, but the format's 40-life total makes a single lifelink attacker nearly irrelevant, and it offers no enters-the-battlefield effect, no late-game scaling, and no synergy beyond generic life-gain triggers. In Pauper it's not eligible by rarity, but in Modern and Pioneer white aggro has far better two-drops competing for the same slot. Legacy doesn't want it. The format where Geist of the Moors is most honest is a focused white weenie or life-gain Commander deck, where the cheap curve slot and consistent lifelink trigger justify the inclusion — just don't expect it to do more than its stats say.

Price Context
Current price
$0.06 bulk tier
At $0.06, Geist of the Moors is deep bulk — you're paying for cardboard and postage, not the card. It won't hold or gain value, but it doesn't need to; if a life-gain Commander deck wants it, the acquisition cost is essentially zero.
