Gang Up kills any creature on the board as long as you can outnumber it with attackers, which in token-heavy Commander tables is rarely a constraint. The four-mana sorcery speed is the real cost — you're telegraphing the removal and losing your attackers to summoning sickness restrictions.

Gang Up is a Commander card through and through — four-player tables create the wide boards that make its condition trivially satisfying, and the political angle of 'I can kill your threat if someone else swings too' is uniquely relevant in multiplayer. In Legacy and Vintage it's technically legal but completely unplayed; one-on-one formats demand unconditional removal that doesn't require you to have more creatures than your opponent, and those formats have Fatal Push, Swords to Plowshares, and Force of Will setting the bar. Commander is where Gang Up earns its slot, specifically in go-wide strategies where the creature surplus is a natural byproduct of the game plan rather than an extra cost.

At $0.13, Gang Up is deep bulk — grab it out of any commons bin without thinking twice. The price is stable at this floor and won't move meaningfully without a competitive breakout that isn't coming.
