Galvanize pumps every Goblin you control +1/+1 and gives them all trample until end of turn — one card converting a wide board into a lethal attack. At one red mana, the rate is essentially free in any deck that can field three or more Goblins.

In Commander, Galvanize is a finisher disguised as a combat trick — Krenko, Mob Boss and similar token engines regularly put ten or more Goblins into play, and one mana to push all of them through blockers often closes the game on the spot. Outside of Commander, Galvanize is legal in every major format but sees virtually no play, because linear Goblin strategies in competitive 60-card formats prefer permanent lords like Goblin Chieftain over one-shot pump. Pauper is the one exception worth noting — if a Goblin aggro shell ever gains enough critical mass, Galvanize's trample clause makes it a credible finisher at common.

Current price
$0.12 bulk tier
At $0.12, Galvanize is pure bulk — the kind of card you pick up as a throw-in without thinking twice. It holds that floor comfortably; there's no reason it climbs unless Goblins become a dominant Commander archetype overnight.
