Galvanic Juggernaut is a 5/5 trampler for four mana that untaps whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control — the ceiling is absurd in token and creature-flood strategies. The catch is it must attack each turn if able, which punishes you for running it in the wrong shell, but pair it with Elemental Mastery and that downside disappears into a self-feeding engine.

Galvanic Juggernaut sees virtually no play in Legacy, Modern, or Vintage — four mana for a conditional attacker simply can't compete in formats where threats need to win the turn they land or protect themselves. Commander is the correct home: token-generation commanders turn the untap trigger into a repeatable free 5/5 swing, and the forced-attack clause matters far less when opponents are at 40 life and blockers are spread thin. Oathbreaker is a viable niche as well, particularly in superfriends shells that generate creature tokens as a byproduct.
