In Commander, Furious Bellow is a niche include — pump spells compete hard for slots, and a one-shot +3/+0 rarely justifies a card at a table with 40 life totals. Pauper is its best home, where cheap red tricks are real tools and common-only restrictions make Furious Bellow more competitive by default.
