Fleshpulper Giant destroys a target artifact or enchantment when it enters — solid effect stapled to a 7/4 body that closes games if unanswered. Seven mana is a steep ask for what is essentially a removal spell with legs, and most competitive lists would rather pay less for the effect alone.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t
| Format | Verdict |
|---|---|
| commander | legal |
| legacy | legal |
| modern | legal |
| pioneer | legal |
| standard | not legal |
| vintage | legal |
| pauper | not legal |
| oathbreaker | legal |
Fleshpulper Giant is a fringe Commander inclusion at best — the format's slower pace means seven mana is reachable, and the ETB removal on a big body is at least doing something when it resolves. Outside Commander, it is essentially unplayable in competitive constructed: Modern, Pioneer, Legacy, and Vintage all have access to cheaper, more efficient artifact and enchantment removal that doesn't ask you to spend your entire turn on a vanilla-sized creature. Fleshpulper Giant won't appear in those 60-card formats in any serious context. In Oathbreaker, the compressed game length makes a seven-drop removal creature a very hard sell.

$0.03 bulk tier
At $0.03, Fleshpulper Giant sits firmly in bulk territory — the floor for Magic cards. It holds no financial value and is unlikely to move off that floor given its narrow playability.
