Fencer Clique puts three bodies on the board for four mana, each with a relevant combat keyword, and the ward 1 on each token makes chump-blocking them a small tax on the opponent. It's a solid token generator for blue, but four mana for three 1/1s won't move the needle in most Commander pods unless you have a specific payoff for tokens or flying creatures.
