Fen Stalker is a 2/1 with fear for three mana — unblockable by most creatures in a vacuum, but three mana for a 2/1 with no enters-the-battlefield effect is a bad rate by any current standard. Unless you're specifically synergizing with fear or black creatures matter, this slot has better options.
