Fear of Lost Teeth is legal across every major format, but it earns its keep almost exclusively in Commander. In 60-card formats the token rate is too slow and the 2/2 body too fragile to compete with what aggro and midrange decks are doing at two mana. Commander is where the upkeep trigger compounds over a long game, especially in aristocrats, Nightmare-tribal, or graveyard loops where each token is a resource rather than a threat. Pauper could theoretically support it in a grindy black shell, but better two-drops crowd it out there too.
