Exit Specialist is a Commander card through and through — the bounce effect compounds over a long game, and morph synergies are almost exclusively an EDH phenomenon. In competitive 60-card formats like Modern and Pioneer, a three-mana 2/2 that bounces one creature doesn't clear any meaningful bar when cheaper, more efficient tempo plays exist. Legacy and Vintage have even less patience for it. Standard is the one 60-card context where a budget morph deck could run it, but it's unlikely to see serious play there either.
