Executioner's Hood grants menace for two mana to equip, which is a real evasion keyword that forces two blockers every attack — the problem is that two-mana equip cost on a one-mana artifact is a bad rate when compared to nearly every other menace enabler in the format. Run it only when you're specifically taxed on budget or need redundancy past the first few menace sources.
