Excavation Technique puts a token on the board for every nonland permanent an opponent sacrifices, turning their removal and sacrifice outlets into your army. The cost is leaning on opponents to actually sacrifice things — in a table that isn't cooperating, it stalls out fast. In the right shell, specifically alongside Kambal, Profiteering Mayor, it's a consistent engine; outside of it, it's a role-player at best.
