Enkira, Hostile Scavenger turns every creature you control that dies into a reanimation trigger — as long as you fed it something first. The Nim Deathmantle comparison is apt: both reward you for having a sacrifice outlet, but Enkira snowballs on its own once it eats one creature, making it a self-sustaining engine rather than a combo piece you have to assemble around.

Enkira, Hostile Scavenger is a Commander card through and through — its value compounds over a long game with multiple opponents providing pressure, and the sacrifice-to-reanimate loop is exactly the kind of engine the format rewards. In Legacy and Vintage, where it's technically legal, the four-mana cost and the requirement to have already sacrificed a creature put it miles behind the powered options available; it will never see competitive play in either format. Commander is where it lives, and specifically in sacrifice or reanimator shells where the cumulative value of recurring creatures turn after turn closes games.

$0.97 bulk tier
At $0.97, Enkira, Hostile Scavenger sits at the high end of bulk — cheap enough to throw into any sacrifice build without a second thought. As a mythic from a set with broad appeal, it could tick up slightly if a popular sacrifice commander emerges, but expect it to stay in the sub-$2 range unless demand spikes significantly.
