Enchanted Carriage is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but sees essentially no competitive play in any of them. In Commander it finds its narrowest niche in token-matters or artifact-matters decks where the two Mice pull double duty as sacrifice fodder or enchantment triggers — otherwise five mana for a 4/4 that needs crew support is too slow. Legacy, Modern, and Vintage have no interest in it whatsoever; the rate is simply too low for those formats. Oathbreaker, with its faster and more focused games, has even less patience for a five-mana do-little artifact.
