Eidolon of Inspiration hands every creature you control a +1/+1 counter whenever you cast an instant or sorcery — in the right shell, that's a board-wide pump trigger stapled to every spell you cast. The catch is a four-mana body that does nothing alone, so it lives or dies by how many instants and sorceries surround it.

In Commander, Eidolon of Inspiration earns its slot in go-wide token decks that already run a meaningful suite of instants and sorceries — think Zada, Hedron Grinder or Phabine, Boss's Confidant shells where every pump spell becomes a board-wide counter event. Outside of Commander, the four-mana cost is a serious barrier: Modern and Pioneer run faster clocks and punish do-nothing four-drops hard, so Eidolon of Inspiration is essentially unplayable in those formats outside of casual brew territory. Legacy and Vintage have the tools to make anything work in theory, but a four-mana enchantment that requires additional spells to generate value won't clear the bar against those formats' efficiency standards.

$0.11 bulk tier
At $0.11, Eidolon of Inspiration is pure bulk — you're picking it out of a dollar box, not tracking it on a buylist. It's a casual-only card with narrow synergy requirements, so there's no realistic demand pressure to move that price.
