Eerie Procession tutors any Arcane spell directly to your hand for three mana at sorcery speed — narrow by design, but in a deck built around Arcane it replaces itself with exactly the card you need. If you're not running a dedicated Arcane shell, this does nothing; if you are, it's close to mandatory.
Format Analysis
Where it lives, where it can’t

Eerie Procession is a Commander card in practice — the Arcane subtype is concentrated enough in Spirit and Splice-matters builds that the tutor effect has real targets, and singleton pressure makes finding your key spells harder without help. In Legacy and Vintage it's legal but irrelevant; those formats don't reward a three-mana sorcery-speed tutor for a narrow spell type. Modern has enough Arcane pieces to theoretically support it, but competitive Modern decks don't want to spend three mana on a card that doesn't affect the board. Stick to Commander, where the card does exactly one thing well.

Current price
$0.16 bulk tier
At $0.16, Eerie Procession is pure bulk — no financial reason to hesitate picking up a copy. Demand is narrow enough that the price won't move, but for what it costs, it's an easy include in any deck that actually wants it.
