Earth Tremor deals 1 damage to each creature without flying and each player — a symmetric one-mana sweeper that clears token boards and pings every opponent. It's a bulk common for a reason: the effect is narrow and the damage ceiling is low, but in the right shell it punches above its price.

Earth Tremor is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, Pauper, and Oathbreaker, and sees essentially zero competitive play in any of them.
