Dromoka Monument is a three-mana rock that taps for white or green and can animate into a 4/4 lifelink, vigilance creature — a fine late-game mana sink when you're flooded. The problem is that by the time you can afford to spend six mana activating it, better rocks have already done more work for cheaper.

In Commander, Dromoka Monument occupies the low end of playable mana rocks — it makes sense in Selesnya builds that run out of gas and want a creature threat stapled to their ramp, but it competes with two-mana rocks that simply do more.
