Devoted Crop-Mate
Creature — Human Warrior
You may exert this creature as it attacks. When you do, return target creature card with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. (An exerted creature won't untap during your next untap step.)

Devoted Crop-Mate is a white recursive creature that brings back any creature with power 2 or less from your graveyard when it attacks — repeatable reanimation stapled to a 3/2 body for three mana. The cost is that it has to attack and survive to trigger, which makes it fragile against open blockers, but in the right go-wide or creature-heavy shell the value is real.

In Commander, Devoted Crop-Mate earns a slot in white creature decks that want consistent recursion without spending a card on a one-shot spell — Isshin, Two-Tailed Swordsman lists that swing wide every turn are the natural home, and any deck running small-power utility creatures it wants back repeatedly will find it pulls its weight. Modern and Pioneer have access to more efficient recursion options, so Devoted Crop-Mate doesn't see competitive play there — it's too slow and too easy to block out of relevance. Legacy and Vintage have the same problem at a higher power ceiling, making it a non-factor in those formats. Oathbreaker functions similarly to Commander here: small-creature-matters or attack-step-focused builds can use it, but the competition for the slot is stiff.

Price Context
Current price
$0.06 bulk tier
At $0.06, Devoted Crop-Mate is deep bulk — you're buying a playset for the price of a pack of gum. That price reflects modest demand and wide supply, and there's no realistic scenario where it spikes unless a Commander precon puts it in front of a new audience.
