Dauthi Mindripper

In Commander, Dauthi Mindripper is a niche but real piece in exile-matters and hand-disruption builds — shadow makes it evasive against most creature-heavy boards, and the exile clause stacks well with commanders like Umbris, Fear Manifest or Tergrid, God of Fright. Outside of those synergy shells, four mana for a 2/1 that strips one card per attack is too slow to be generically good in a four-player pod. In Legacy and Vintage, Dauthi Mindripper is legal but sees no meaningful play — those formats run targeted discard like Thoughtseize that costs one mana and doesn't require combat. Oathbreaker can support it in the same shell archetypes as Commander, though the smaller starting hand size makes hand disruption land harder.
