Crusader of Odric card art
Crusader of Odric enters as a creature whose power and toughness equal your creature count — in a token or go-wide shell, that's a 10/10 for three mana without blinking. The catch is that it shrinks the moment your board does, so it folds to a single board wipe or a removal spell aimed at your best creature.

In Commander, Crusader of Odric is a token-deck payoff — a three-mana creature that can threaten lethal damage in a single swing when your board is full, which happens regularly in go-wide strategies. Outside Commander, the card is legal across Legacy, Modern, Pioneer, Standard, Pauper, and Vintage, but sees essentially no play in any of them; creature-count payoffs at three mana compete against far more resilient threats in those formats, and Crusader of Odric's total dependence on board state makes it too fragile. Pauper is the one non-Commander environment worth mentioning, where cheap token generators occasionally exist, but the card still doesn't clear the bar there. Stick to Commander, specifically in creature-heavy white or green-white builds.

Price Context

Current price

$0.11 bulk tier

At $0.11, Crusader of Odric is deep bulk — you'll find copies in any bulk bin or pick up a playset for under a dollar without effort. The price is stable at floor; there's no demand pressure to move it, and it won't appreciate, but it also costs you almost nothing to slot into a token deck and test.
