Court Homunculus is a Pauper staple in white artifact aggro, where Frogmite, Myr Enforcer, and Cranial Plating make the artifact clause trivially active by turn two. In Modern and Legacy it's too fragile and too small to compete, even in artifact shells that could trigger it.
