Corpse Traders lets you sacrifice a creature to make an opponent discard a card — repeatable hand disruption stapled to a body, at the cost of four mana up front and a creature each activation. The rate is slow and the setup demanding enough that it only belongs in decks that already want creatures in the graveyard.
Format Analysis

Commander is the only format where Corpse Traders earns a real look — three opponents means the discard pressure is more meaningful, and graveyard-synergy shells built around sacrifice give it a natural home. In Legacy and Vintage it is strictly outclassed: both formats have cheaper, more efficient discard and sacrifice payoffs that do not require a four-mana creature investment. Modern could theoretically support it, but the same problem applies — the card is too slow and too conditional to compete with dedicated discard or sacrifice strategies. Corpse Traders is a Commander card through and through, and even there it only makes the cut in decks built to exploit it.

Price Context
Current price
$0.06 bulk tier
At $0.06, Corpse Traders is deep bulk — you will pay more in shipping than in card cost. That price is stable because demand is narrow and supply is plentiful; do not expect it to move.
