Control of the Court draws you three cards and puts three permanents into play — the catch is that everyone else at the table gets the same deal. Run it only in decks that exploit the symmetry, because in a vacuum you're fueling your opponents as much as yourself.

Control of the Court is legal in Commander, Legacy, Vintage, and Oathbreaker, but it's a Commander card through and through. The four-player table is the only context where a symmetrical three-for-three permanent swap is even marginally acceptable, because the political math — three opponents each getting three permanents versus one opponent in a duel — is catastrophically bad in Legacy or Vintage. In Commander, Control of the Court earns its slot only in decks built to exploit the drawback: mass-draw payoffs, donate synergies, or commanders that punish opponents for having lots of permanents.

$0.54 bulk tier
At $0.54, Control of the Court is firmly bulk — pick it up without hesitation if the synergy is there. Symmetrical effects with this much text rarely spike in price, so expect it to stay in this range.
