Sorcery
Concussive Bolt deals 4 damage to target player or planeswalker.
Metalcraft — If you control three or more artifacts, creatures controlled by that player or by that planeswalker's controller can't block this turn.

Concussive Bolt taps down an opponent's entire team and keeps it tapped through their next untap step — effectively a one-sided pseudo-Fog that also enables an uncontested attack. The metalcraft rider drops the cost to two mana, which is the only version worth running.

In Commander, Concussive Bolt earns a slot in aggressive artifact decks that can consistently hit metalcraft — think Breya, Etherium Shaper or Golran, Ruin Seeker shells where artifacts flood the board and one open attack wins the game. Outside of that artifact density, six mana for a tap effect is unplayable at the Commander table. In Pauper it sees fringe consideration in artifact-heavy tempo lists, where the metalcraft cost is realistic and the effect can close games that have stalled. Legacy and Vintage have better options at every point on the curve, so Concussive Bolt doesn't register there.

$0.10 bulk tier
At $0.10, Concussive Bolt is pure bulk — easy to acquire as a throw-in or cheap pickup. Bulk commons don't appreciate unless a new commander breaks them wide open, so treat it as a zero-cost inclusion, not a spec.
