Cenn's Enlistment

In Commander, Cenn's Enlistment is a legitimate card draw safety valve — it doesn't replace card draw, but it means flood is never purely dead. Pauper is where it sees the most competitive scrutiny, slotting into token-based go-wide strategies that have access to Kithkin synergies or sacrifice payoffs and can recur it aggressively over several turns. Legacy and Vintage are legal but irrelevant; the rate is far too slow for those formats, and retrace won't save it when the competition starts on turn one. Oathbreaker shares Commander's multiplayer pacing, so the same flood-mitigation logic applies there, particularly in white token builds that tend to run higher land counts.
