Canopy Vista card art
Canopy Vista enters untapped whenever you control two or more basic lands, making it a dual land that costs nothing in tempo in the mid-game. It's the cleanest White-Green fixing available at bulk price — Dogmeat, Ever Loyal lists run it at nearly 80% inclusion because cheap, reliable dual lands are always correct.

Dogmeat, Ever Loyal

Dogmeat, Ever Loyal

78.4% of decks · synergy 0.29

Dogmeat, Ever Loyal runs Canopy Vista in 78% of lists because the Selesnya-adjacent color support it provides keeps the curve smooth when you need both green and white mana to operate the junk engine on time.

02
Felothar the Steadfast

Felothar the Steadfast

69.2% of decks · synergy 0.25

Felothar the Steadfast appears in over 17,000 decks and picks up Canopy Vista because reliable untapped dual lands are the backbone of any two-color build that wants to hit its mana on curve without paying a premium.

03
Tidus, Yuna's Guardian

Tidus, Yuna's Guardian

71.1% of decks · synergy 0.25

Tidus, Yuna's Guardian needs consistent access to both White and Green mana to function, and Canopy Vista delivers an untapped land as early as turn three when basic lands are already on board — exactly when Tidus wants to start going wide.

04
Frodo, Adventurous HobbitSam, Loyal Attendant

Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit // Sam, Loyal Attendant

68.7% of decks · synergy 0.24

Frodo, Adventurous Hobbit // Sam, Loyal Attendant decks lean on Canopy Vista because the partner pair's gameplan demands efficient two-color mana from the first few turns, and a dual that enters untapped in the mid-game never feels like a setback.

In Commander, Canopy Vista is a reliable staple for any Selesnya or three-plus-color deck containing White and Green — the basic-land condition is trivially met by turns three or four, and at bulk price there's no reason to run a tap land over it. In Modern and Pioneer, it competes with fetchable dual lands and faster alternatives, so it sees fringe play at best; the condition is harder to satisfy on curve in 60-card formats where basic counts are lower. Legacy and Vintage have access to dual lands that are strictly better, so Canopy Vista doesn't register there. It's fundamentally a Commander card — the slower pace of the format makes the enter-untapped clause easy to trigger and the White-Green fixing genuinely useful.
