Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn. If it's an artifact creature, it gains indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Built to Last gives a target artifact creature +2/+2 and indestructible until end of turn for one white mana — that's a combat trick and a board wipe dodge stapled together at instant speed. It's a narrow card that earns its slot only in artifact-heavy builds, and outside of those it's a cut.
Format Analysis

In Commander, Built to Last is a niche include: the indestructible clause matters most when you're protecting a combo piece or a high-value artifact creature from a board wipe, but the artifact restriction means it's dead cardboard in non-artifact decks. Pauper is where it sees the most legitimate play, since cheap interaction is at a premium and artifact synergies run deeper in that format's threat landscape. In Modern and Legacy the card is too slow and too conditional — Feather of Flight, Blacksmith's Skill, and similar effects outclass it on flexibility. Pioneer is the same story. Built to Last is a budget option for budget artifact lists and not much else.

$0.08 bulk tier
At $0.08, Built to Last is deep bulk — you're picking this out of a commons bin, not a singles order. At that price it holds no meaningful monetary value, but it costs nothing to slot into a casual artifact deck if you already own one.
