Brindle Shoat

Brindle Shoat sees essentially zero play in Legacy or Vintage despite being legal in both — the combo lines it enables are slower and more fragile than what those formats offer. Pauper is the one non-Commander format where it's technically viable, though sacrifice synergies there tend to prefer cheaper, more redundant pieces. Commander is where Brindle Shoat actually earns a slot, specifically in sacrifice and token-doubling shells that can exploit the death trigger repeatedly. Outside a dedicated combo shell, it's too slow and too small to matter.
