Boggart Loggers trades a 1/1 body for the ability to destroy a Forest — a hyper-narrow effect that only matters when your opponent is running basic Forests and you desperately need to answer them. The cost is a two-mana 1/1 with forestwalk that does nothing in most games, which is simply too steep for that niche.

Boggart Loggers is legal in Commander, Legacy, Modern, Vintage, Pauper, and Oathbreaker, but sees virtually no play in any of them. In Commander, forestwalk is a marginal evasion keyword and Forest destruction is too situational to justify a roster slot when dedicated land destruction or nonbasic hate does real work.
