Blood Glutton is a bulk common that sees essentially no play above Pauper, where a 4/3 lifelink for five is at least a real limited-style threat in slower environments. In Commander, five mana buys you creatures that generate card advantage, tutor, or combo — Blood Glutton does none of that, and lifelink on a single attacker rarely moves the needle in a four-player game.
