Blood-Cursed Knight enters as a 3/2 lifelinker for two mana if you control an enchantment — a rate that competes with the best two-drops in creature-centric formats. Without an enchantment, it's a vanilla 2/1 for two, which is unplayable at any level of competition.
Format Analysis

Blood-Cursed Knight lives or dies by enchantment density. In Commander, that means Voltron or enchantress builds where an Aura hits the table on curve and the Knight's 3/2 lifelink body starts doing real work — outside those shells, it's too conditional to justify a slot. In Modern and Pioneer, white-black enchantment aggro can reliably enable it, making it a legitimate two-drop threat alongside constellation payoffs. Legacy and Vintage have better options at this mana cost and won't touch it.

Price Context
Current price
$0.22 bulk tier
At $0.22, Blood-Cursed Knight is pure bulk. Conditional role-players at this price point rarely climb without a breakout format moment, and nothing in the current meta is pushing that.
